 First, does your AV product give you an option to “delete” instead of “clean” If so, try that.
You can also try doing an online scan at http://www.eset.com/onlinescan to see if that can get rid of the problem.

What are some good free virus scanners available online?
Uses AVG Antivirus, last year’s version just came out last month for free online. We haven’t had any problems while using this software.
